At Sunstone Welders, we stand behind the quality of our welding equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you have the right precision tools for your specific industrial or creative applications.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Item

  Place the welder and all original accessories, manuals, and cables back into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
